Development Partnerships

The Development Partnerships Department at DDR is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, establishing and maintaining joint venture partnerships with local/regional developers on retail multi-tenant projects. DDR is searching for developments where it can provide its capital and leverage its existing retail relationships. 

The team focuses on fully entitled, ground-up opportunities that maintain a healthy leasing interest from national high credit tenants. The group strives to identify development partners with knowledge of local markets, relationships with tenants and municipalities, retail development expertise and prior shopping center development success.
